Order Processing:
- All orders are processed Monday – Friday, excluding holidays.
- Express orders, including Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air, placed Monday – Friday after 4 PM Eastern Time will be processed the following business day.
- Express orders placed Saturday – Sunday will be processed on Monday.
- Orders are not available for P.O. Box addresses.
Next Day Delivery:
- The cut-off time for next day Miami delivery is 4 PM Monday – Friday.

Shipping Timeframes:
- Orders are processed within 1 business day.
- Once processed, you will receive your order within 2-7 business days.
- Please note, orders are not shipped with a signature required.

- Shopeclatia.com is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that note delivery confirmation to the correct shipping address.
- Shopeclatia.com is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Shopeclatia.com is not responsible for any delays in shipping or delivery due to forces of nature or other uncontrollable events.
